Traveling with a group of 10 (3 families), we struggled with finding the right accommodations for our group. We were unfamiliar with the neighborhoods in Paris and Robert was instrumental in helping us narrow down our accommodations. He provided us with various options at very price points, which was needed given our large group. Once we decided on the hotel, Robert stepped right in and coordinated everything for us. He offered tour options for our group, coordinated our transportation from airport to hotel and also hotel to airport for departure. Finally, without us even asking, Robert went the extra step and confirmed all our reservations as our trip grew near. All in all, a fabulous experience with Robert and I would definitely book with him again.
