We wanted to take a last minute ski trip to Zermatt Switzerland and Jolene booked us a trip of a lifetime with just 4 weeks notice during the busiest time of year (festive season/ Christmas and new year weeks). To make things more complicated, we are a family of 5 - she had to make numerous phone calls and contacted a bunch of properties to find us the best accommodations even at the eleventh hour. She navigated the train system and helped us plan our itinerary. She made us delicious reservations for lunch slope-side and dinners. Jolene went above and beyond booking our trip to Paris! Every single detail was taken care of and she was thoughtful in helping us choose our accommodations, tours and meal reservations. The hotel she chose for us couldn't have been more perfect. We are a family of 5 and she called ahead to ensure that our rooms were connected (hard to find in Europe). We arrived on a red eye flight and she had coordinated this with the hotel so they allowed us to check in early and freshen up before starting our day in Paris. Our experiences in Paris were thoughtful and unique - she snagged us brunch reservations in the Eiffel tower so that we could bypass the lines and helped us find an authentic macaroon cooking class. She even woke up at 3am and called incessantly to get us a reservation at Gigi on the day the opened. Overall a fantastic trip that was seamless and unique thanks to Jolene's full planning services.
