Arlette is lovely and booked another property for me, as well. In both cases, she was able to put in the possibility of a day of upgrade. It was the upgrade of the room that truly, truly made the difference for me on this property. I am not sure why the property wanted to charge the extra $400 but, once I resolved that and had it reversed, everything was great.

The price that Arlette was able to get was less than what I could have found. We compared hotels at the river and this hotel near the sky train. Had there been availability of an upgrade, Arlette had asked for that. She checked ahead to make sure we had the correct beds.

Excellent as always

Arlette was incredible from our first interaction. She clearly understood what we were after and presented a perfectly planned trip for us to make the most of time away. She was able to organize all the key pieces of our holiday (accommodation, car hire & surf teacher) which allowed us more time to enjoy Ericeira once we arrived as everything was sorted for us. Her communication and layout of the offer was very clear. We would highly recommend reaching out to Arlette if you are booking any style of vacation. We will be working again with her in the future.
