Breakfast at Borough Market

Start your day with a visit to Borough Market, one of London's oldest and most renowned food markets. Immerse yourself in a bustling atmosphere filled with mouthwatering aromas. Here you can sample a wide array of gourmet treats, from freshly baked pastries to international delicacies. Don't forget to grab a fresh cup of coffee to fuel your day ahead!

Tower of London

From Borough Market, it’s a 15-minute stroll across the river to The Tower of London. Explore the magnificent White Tower and admire the priceless Crown Jewels. The Tower is open for visits Tuesday to Saturday from 9am - 5pm and Sunday and Monday from 10am - 5:30pm.

Thames River Cruise

The cruise typically starts from Westminster Pier, next to the Houses of Parliament and the famous Big Ben. As the boat departs the pier, you'll begin to see many other London landmarks such as the London Eye, St. Paul's Cathedral and the Tower of London. The knowledgeable guide on board will give you insightful information about the history and significance of each of these locations. Aside from the stunning views, a Thames river cruise also offers a chance to relax and unwind as you take in the sights. The boat ride is smooth and comfortable, and you can choose to sit inside or outside on the deck. This cruise offers a 30-min one-way or 1-hour roundtrip option between Westminster and Tower Bridge.

Lunch at Covent Garden

Head to Covent Garden where you can find street performers, boutique shops, and charming eateries. Enjoy lunch at one of the restaurants or cafes in the area.

Buckingham Palace and St. James' Park

From the striking beauty of the palace gates to the grandeur of the state rooms inside, the experience is one that you will surely remember. If you’re lucky enough to visit during the Changing of the Guard ceremony, you’ll witness the military precision and ceremonial tradition of the British guards. Be sure to purchase tickets in advance on the official website or book a guided tour!

Grab Dinner

A few fantastic dining options that offer a balance of quality and affordability:

Mildreds: For vegetarian and vegan options, Mildreds in Soho is a must-visit.

Patty & Bun: Burger enthusiasts will enjoy Patty & Bun's offerings. From classic cheeseburgers to creative combinations.

Borough Market: If you prefer a more casual dining experience, head back to Borough Market in the evening. Grab a bite to eat and enjoy the lively atmosphere of the market.

Enjoy a Show at a West End Theater or Shakespeare’s Globe

No visit to London is complete without experiencing the magic of the theater. Catch a world-class performance in the vibrant theater district, known for its iconic shows and talented cast members. You can also reserve seats (or standing room tickets) to watch a production at Shakespeare’s Globe! From musical extravaganzas to thought-provoking dramas, there's a show in London for everyone.
