Wiekete is one of a kind. She knows her travel and didn't steer us wrong with any of her recommendations. We were so delighted to work with Wieteke to plan the perfect Costan Rican Vacation. Wieteke always provided us with a few options in our budget and listened to what we wanted. She helped make our stay at the Springs a memorable one starting with an upgrade and wonderful basket of fruit upon arrival. Those were such sweet surprises that were unexpected and much appreciated. I have never had an easier more seamless and stress free vacation! Wieteke's accommodation suggestions were exactly what we were looking for with a mix of a luxurious boutique jungle lodge, a larger beach resort and a delightfully small casual island hotel. She organized all our transfers between our hotels (including van rides, tiny 12 seater planes and even a motorboat to the airport) and it all happened without a hitch. Wieteke checked in with us at various points of our trip to see if we needed anything, she followed up when there were some plane cancellations due to weather and was easy to reach if we had any questions or needed suggestions. She is knowledgeable, professional friendly, loves what she does and is incredibly organized. With her guidance we had the trip of a lifetime without the usual stress of planning. I can't wait to work with Wieteke on our next family adventure.
