Working with Rosalind was a very easy and pleasant experience! She questioned me to understand my needs and preferences in lodging and then provided me with options that met my criteria. She was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with me, even after I changed my mind twice (about room type and length of stay). I would highly recommend her!

Rosalind was truly outstanding in planning every detail of our trip. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand our preferences and priorities, tailoring our itinerary to ensure it was perfect for our family, including our young toddler. She offered a variety of transport options to and from the airport and advised us on traveling between parks and our hotels. which made our logistics much easier. Rosalind also gave us tips to make the most of our time at each park. Her dining recommendations were spot-on, and the strategies she provided for navigating the parks with a toddler were incredibly helpful. It was clear that Rosalind is not just knowledgeable but also genuinely considerate of our needs. Thanks to her attention to detail and thoughtful planning, our trip was truly unforgettable. Rosalind was fantastic! This was my first trip using a travel advisor and she made things very easy for me. She walked me through multiple stay options, including each hotel’s cancellation policy, amenities, and reviews. Anytime the hotel emailed to provide confirmation, receipt, or other communication, Rosalind was quick to send those my way. Additionally, she was very knowledgeable of the area I was staying in and provided some great recommendations for dining and activities. I will definitely reach out to her again for my next trip!
