Kelsey is amazing and listened to our requests and kept making changes to our itinerary until we were happy. I love that she put in restaurant recommendations and the ones we went to were very good. The trip plans app made everything so effortless and really helped keep us on schedule. I have already referred my friends and family to her. This was the best vacation we have taken and I didn’t have to endure any of the stress of planning it.

We love booking with Kelsey because she is attentive to wants and expectations, while making the booking process super easy. We wanted to have a girl’s trip/birthday weekend with a combination of activities and Kelsey’s recommendation for The Ben was spot on. From a clubby rooftop for dinner, bike riding around West Palm Beach, to complementary novels delivered to our room, our stay at The Ben was super special. Kelsey is knowledgeable and well traveled, we definitely recommend Kelsey as a trusted travel advisor for any trips you want to plan.

She was fantastic. Always answered the phone and helped with all of our questions. Working with Kelsey helped set us up for a great trip. We will defiantly be using her again in the future to book trips.

Kelsey had a masterful knowledge of Athens and beyond! When we weren't sure about the initial hotel choices she offered, she immediately added more options. And, of course, we ended up going with one of the first three options she offered. All to say that she left the choice to us, not trying to overly influence us, but probably knowing that we'd come back to her original suggestions. We won't travel anywhere else without at least consulting with Kelsey.
