Things to do in Florida

Booking Your Ticket:

  • Smart Class: For those looking to travel efficiently and comfortably without breaking the bank, Smart Class offers a great balance. Book your tickets online via the Brightline website or app or, better yet, through your travel advisor. Be sure to do this as early as possible, especially during peak travel times, to secure the best fares and seating options.

  • Premium Class: If you're looking for a touch of luxury, Premium Class is the way to go. You'll get priority boarding, access to Premium Lounges and free snacks and drinks on board. Book your Premium Class tickets with your travel advisor like Smart Class, but you'll have a better experience.

  • Check-In: Arrive at the station at least 30 minutes before departure or earlier if checking large suitcases. Brightline stations are modern and well-equipped, making the check-in process smooth and quick. Use the kiosks for fast, self-service check-in, or visit the staffed counters if you prefer a personal touch.

  • Premium Lounge Access: For Premium Class travelers, take advantage of the Premium Lounge. Here, you can relax with free refreshments (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), comfortable seating and high-speed Wi-Fi. It's a perfect spot to unwind before your journey.

  • Boarding the Train: Ten minutes before your train's departure time, a very cleTen announcement will be made telling passengers which track to proceed to. Take the stairs or elevators to the right track. Wait under the sign for your train car number (this will be on your ticket).

  • Both Smart and Premium Class seats have big, comfortable seats. Premium Class seats have more legroom, wider seats, and adjustable footrests. Choose your premium seat when booking to ensure you get your preferred spot.

  • If you have medium-sized suitcases, think about the luggage rack for bigger suitcases that will be at one end of your train car. Choose seats near the luggage rack to store your items at each train stop.

Onboard Experience:

Smart Class Amenities

  • Wi-Fi: Stay connected with free, high-speed internet.

  • Snacks and Beverages: Purchase a variety of snacks and drinks from the onboard market.

  • Power Outlets: Each seat comes with its own power outlet, so you can keep your devices charged throughout the journey.

Premium Class Amenities (in addition to those listed for Smart Class)

  • Complimentary Snacks and Beverages: Enjoy a selection of complimentary snacks and drinks served directly to your seat.

  • Enhanced Comfort: Recline in your plush seat and enjoy additional legroom and wider seating.

  • Service: Dedicated attendants are available to cater to your needs throughout the trip.

Stations:

  • Orlando Station — This station is in the center of the world's theme parks. It is your way to Walt Disney World and Universal Studios.

  • West Palm Beach Station - Just a few steps from Clematis Street, this station makes it easy to get to the Norton Museum of Art, the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, and the fancy shops on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach.

  • Boca Raton Station is near Mizner Park, so you can easily get to the Boca Raton Museum of Art, Spanish River Park, and downtown shopping and dining.

  • Fort Lauderdale Station - Situated near Las Olas Boulevard, this station is perfect for exploring the city's canals and beautiful beaches.

  • Aventura Station — This station is near the famous Aventura Mall. It is easy to get to high-end shopping, Turnberry Isle, and the lively Aventura Arts & Cultural Center.

  • MiamiCentral Station - Located in the heart of downtown Miami, this station provides easy access to some of the city's top attractions, including Bayside Marketplace, the American Airlines Arena and the vibrant nightlife of South Beach.

Luggage:

Brightline allows two carry—on bags and one personal item per passenger, but all must be a medium-sized checked bag or smaller. You will need to board and get off the train with all of your own luggage. If you can't keep track of your suitcases, check them instead.

Suitcases larger than medium-sized will need to be checked at the main desk at the entrance of the station, similar to an airport. Someone will meet you with your luggage near the main entrance at your destination station. Look for the large suitcase icon on the wall (note that you will not pick your checked bag up from the manned front desk check-in area).

Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure, Brightline offers a convenient and luxurious way to explore Florida. With the choice of Smart and Premium Class, you can tailor your journey to fit your needs and budget. Sit back, relax and enjoy the ride!
