Katie is a great communicator and very responsive. She has a good understanding of what we're looking for and she gives us great options. This is the second trip she's helped with and we're really impressed with her service.

I would have never thought of going to San Antonio as we were focused on a beach getaway. When the hurricanes ruined those plans, Katie provided an even better experience for us! It was such an easy, fun-packed yet peaceful trip. Direct flight from Chicago, then Katie booked a car service to pick us up for the short ride to the hotel. We were warmly welcomed and lavished with presents upon arriving, and Katie arranged for us to have free buffet breakfasts every day with an AMAZING spread of food that was truly one of the highlights of the day. Our daughters filled their plates three or four times! We had true mother-daughter bonding and created BFF moments for both generations and were so grateful to be in such a beautiful and idyllic setting. Like always, Katie took my desires for a certain kind of trip to heart and produced a magical getaway we will never forget!

It was such a pleasure to work with Katie. She was helpful, responsive, and really understood the assignment. Even though this was a smaller scale booking, she treated me like I was booking a trip around the world. I would check in with Katie for any future vacation plans, total value add. Personally, I really appreciated her insight, enthusiasm, and commitment to ensuring we had a good time.

Katie totally nailed what my daughter and I would enjoy for a hotel in Paris. Our first time to Paris was amazing. The hotel she recommended with adjoining rooms and a roof top bar with Eiffel Tower views was perfect for our stay. We so appreciate Katie's ease to communicate with and all that she handled booking our rooms! MERCI!!
