Lauren did an outstanding job of communicating throughout the whole process. Before I stepped into the hotel, I was familiar with the amenities, the local sites and most importantly the bars and restaurants nearby! Sometimes booking travel can be an anxiety ridden experience, so it’s refreshing being able to leave it in the hands of a professional and just focusing on enjoying myself/recharging my batteries on a trip! 10/10 would book again.
