I was a bit confused knowing where to stay in Glasgow because our time was limited and we had tight train and flight connections. I needn’t have worried because Joelle was on it, investigating and researching the city for the best hotel for our needs and budget. I trusted Joelle and boy, she nailed it! We stayed at the VOCO Grand and I was blown away by the history and beauty of the hotel, and its great central location. (Also, Joelle set us up with a day tour in Edinburgh and it was something I never would have found in my own, and it turned out to be my favorite day of our vacation!) In the future, I’ll reach out to Joelle for travel needs. She has a passion for what she does and it shows!

I recently enjoyed an unforgettable trip to Japan, all thanks to my fantastic travel advisor, Joelle. Her expertise and meticulous planning created a bespoke itinerary that perfectly captured the essence of Japan. From the ancient temples of Kyoto to the bustling streets of Tokyo, every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making the entire journey sensational. Her personalized touches and unique ideas made the trip truly special. I cannot recommend her services enough and will absolutely use Joelle again for future travels. Joelle is amazing!

We recently had Joelle Massari give us travel advice for our family's first trip to Europe. The trip and overall experience of working with Joelle was absolutely fantastic.

Our first stop was Paris. Joelle planned every detail for us in advance . She advised on which museums she thought the children would like. She researched great restaurants for us as well as told us the good areas of the city we should look to stay in. She insisted that we consider a Fat Tires Bike Tour - this was the highlight of the trip to Paris! Such a great way to see the city and my family absolutely loved it! Joelle went as far as to give us a map showing where Olympic locations were so we knew where roads were closed etc. It was such a perfectly planned visit :)

We then travelled to Italy. Joelle continued to plan each stop perfectly. Not only did she pick out the best rooftop bars (which she knew were my favorite :), she gave us exact locations on google maps to take the most memorable pics!! (she did this in Paris too!). She gave us links to tours so we did not have to wait in line and recommended another favorite - a cooking class in Sorrento. My husband said he was dreading this and after it was over said it was one of his favorite experiences.

I highly recommend Joelle as a travel advisor. Our trip was EPIC and I can't wait to ask her to help us plan our dream vacation again!
