Angela quickly updated any changes or additions so realtime info was always available at my fingertips. Before the trip, Angela was very communicative on what I could expect. I trusted her recommendations as she had clearly done her research (e.g. booking airport car service, etc). She was particularly good at explaining any selections she’d made on my behalf which I appreciated and made me comfortable that she understood my travel preferences.
