Traci was professional, timely, organized and very friendly. This was my first time working with a travel agent and she really set the bar! We were in Vegas for the Anyma show at the Sphere and to also celebrate a friends birthday that is on NYE. Traci went above and and beyond to ensure our trip was extra special. All the small touches from the special note for us at the Front Desk upon check in to the special dessert at our dinner at Delmonicos really was the cherry on top! I look forward to working with Traci again for my next trip!
