Taylor did an outstanding job finding and booking the best possible hotel for our stay in NYC. She asked all the right questions then found the perfect match for us. She also was able to make suggestions for restaurants and entertainment. She booked our helicopter tour which turned out to be one of the highlights of the trip. She followed up with me while I was there to make sure everything was going well and to see if she could help with anything else. I'll ask Taylor to help me with all my future trips. She proved to be detailed, professional and extremely helpful with suggestions. She's the best travel advisor I've worked with.

Taylor French is hands down the best travel agent ever. From the moment I reached out, she was responsive, knowledgeable and patient with my request. she understood what I wanted and tailored my birthday weekend to perfection. What can I say about someone who can not only help us pivot during a travel crisis, but can make us smile and laugh during all of it? Thank you and we are so grateful! Taylor is and was amazing each time we’ve used her services but this time she shined even brighter for us. We had a travel nightmare that led us to contacting Taylor on a weekend, in a panic, and totally sad and disappointed. She was a hail-mary as we got surprised-stranded with all the time in the world but no place to go, and boy did she deliver! Taylor turned EVERYTHING around for us! She immediately dropped everything she was doing, spent time getting us booked into two beautiful resorts in areas we wanted to stay and which met and exceeded our expectations! All within record time — like less than 2 hours of our travel emergency, we were taken care of and then some! She made sure we got in at the best places on the island even at the last minute(!) and made us feel so good during a very stressful time for us. Her empathy, humor, and hard work got us back on track for our vacation and we can’t wait to use her services again. We can’t recommend Taylor enough!
