Sylvia made my 50th birthday tennis trip to Palm Springs not only super easy to plan but also something I will always remember thanks to her incredible attention to detail and thoughtful ideas. She crafted a beautiful itinerary with everything I wanted and made it so easy for me and my friends to book and plan the trip. She anticipated questions and our needs and would reach out ahead of time to take things off our to do list which again was a huge gift when planning a big trip, before the holidays! Sylvia always followed up and checked in leading up to the trip, making sure we had everything we need and confirming reservations. She always gave an extra thought to every part of our plans, sending recommendations and referrals. Then, above all of the incredible service above, Sylvia sent each and everyone of us AMAZING surprises in each of our rooms which kicked off our weekend on such a positive note. My friends were so happy to be part of the 50th celebration as well as we sat on our pool decks toasting to each other enjoying chocolate covered strawberries and fruit plates as well as divine chocolate truffles!! Sylvia even coordinated with the hotel staff to surprise me with the cutest embroidered “happy birthday” pillow matching the cool decor of this Jonathan Adler designed hotel!! Sylvia went above and beyond to make our stay was even more memorable and special, and it worked and we will never forget it!! I had always done my own travel planning in the past, and thought that I did a good job just by booking nice hotels and airfare, now that I know what it’s like to have extra help creating a perfect vacation or trip, I will always reach out to Sylvia for our future travel needs for myself, my friends, and our family. Her extensive travel experience is evident as she has incredible recommendations for any type of trip. Thank you Sylvia for making my 50th birthday vacation one I will never forget!!

When it came to planning my father’s 80th birthday celebration, Sylvia Baldwin of FORA exceeded every expectation. She helped us organize an unforgettable trip—a Princess Caribbean cruise with a stop in Turks and Caicos over Thanksgiving. She's fantastic! Sylvia totally took care of us prior to the trip insuring that we took all the necessary steps to do what we needed to such as secure our medallions, print our bag tags etc. She came up with a fun itinerary each day and made sure we were booked at the right restaurants and private pool areas. We were a huge group so this was no easy task! Our celebration was A+ because of her attention to detail. The best part was that she was able to find us the best promotion for this trip, saving us a great deal. We will definitely be using Sylvia for future trips!
