My husband Wade and I are still on an experience “high” two weeks after returning from our 3 week honeymoon to Kenya, Tanzania and the Seychelles. The 1st class flight our travel advisor Susan Anderson arranged with Smart Flyer served us well with getting us to and from our destinations. Coordinating with domestic and international flights can often be a challenge but all our connections were made with ease. We did have one issue due to Air Kenya cancelling a flight. Due to time change this issue happened during the night our local time. But no concern, by the time I woke the following morning Susan had rebooked us and we didn’t miss a beat. Susan arranged two of the most wonderful Safari camps but yet they were so very different to give us a true range of experiences from a high end game reserve to immersion deep into the Serengeti. We were treated to a bush breakfast and a private dinner through Susan arranging special “honeymoon benefits “ . This took place in the lodge's local cave solely lit by romantic candle light and a small bonfire. Back in Nairobi for a night and we were again greeted and transported by the great UJV staff we had met just two weeks earlier. They were kind enough with Susan’s coordination to hold extra luggage for us while on safari. With everything Susan had planned, all went without a single hitch! Every ride, transfer, and meet and greet was on time, if not early and waiting for us. Time had come to sadly leave Africa and head for some R & R in the Seychelles but we did so having made incredible memories in Africa, and we left having made new friends. Each of the accommodations Susan presented and assisted us in choosing was unique and gave us two differing experiences in both Africa and our two locations in the Seychelles Praslin and Mahe. She arranged upon arrival that we were welcomed with acknowledgement and celebration of our honeymoon from champagne, wine, cakes, and room decoration to small gifts. Transfers were all seamless and the ease of travel across numerous Countries was stress free. Thank you Susan for planning and executing - the most EPIC honeymoon imaginable!

Susan was wonderful to work with. She had lots of information that was quite helpful for someone who had not previously traveled internationally, and she was a joy to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I was referred to Susan by a colleague and I would definitely work with her again!

As to the entire trip, I would definitely give it a 5-star rating. Susan was so easy to work with! I appreciated her taking the time to understand our budget and interests, and her responsiveness and turnaround time was excellent! We especially appreciated the extra tips about traveling, since we had not previously planned this type of leisure international travel. The perks we received at each location were fabulous! In Florence especially the hotel staff treated us as if we were top clients. The whole trip was a dream. I’m so glad that I asked my coworker Deena for her name!
