Stephen Field

Stephen Field is a very conscientious travel agent. He ensured all aspects of my international trip (to Italy) were covered. Since it had been years since my last vacation, the world changed and Stephen brought me up to speed. He walked me through the planning from beginning to end, booking a flight, purchasing local train tickets, advising on insurance, and making suggestions for local travel once I arrived in Italy. As for hotel choices, he provided me with a few choices within reasonable price points. All of his selections were excellent. And he was available to answer questions while I was traveling. I highly recommend Mr. Field as a travel consultant. He is knowledgeable, professional, and goes the extra mile.

Stephen was an excellent agent in coordinating my first cruise experience. I was not sure of what to expect on this cruise and was a bit apprehensive of taking the trip with my friends. After talking with Stephen and getting a better idea of what a cruise had to offer, I felt much more comfortable with joining my friends. Stephen's knowledge of cruises and travel were very helpful. He communicated the experience very clearly with a personalized touch. His personalized ideas are what made me comfortable with the trip. He explained that there a variety of ways to enjoy the cruise experience and we could tailor the trip around me. I felt like I was able to take advantage of the activities which the cruise had to offered and/or have my quiet space. Stephen very clearly explained the way my medallion and package worked, for which I had many questions. Once aboard the ship, I was very aware of my package options and felt very comfortable with how to navigate my experience. This was a wonderful experience! Thank you to Stephen!

The booking process with Stephen was quick and easy. He provided complete information about how to get there and what to expect and also gave recommendations on hotel accommodation beforehand and the easiest and most convenient way to get from the hotel to the cruise ship to avoid traffic (by ferry). I would recommend him every time.
