Met all of our needs regarding accommodations, ability to visit a maximum number of sites within a short period of time, clear on our expectations of the trip, and available to answer and clarify any questions we may have had. Besides being super thoughtful, organized and incredibly well researched, Solange is actually fun to work with: She was genuinely excited for our vacation FOR us! Clearly an accomplished world traveler herself, she had amazing tips on how to pace and map out our trip: We knew we wanted to visit some towns and villages in Provence but had no idea which or how far they were from one other. By mapping out the itinerary for us based on our wants and goals, she made sure we spent far more time exploring than driving. She also did an amazing job vetting our hotel options, being sure to include 3 choices that were all incredible and all within our price range (no upselling here). Her response time is so much quicker than any other advisor I have worked with in the past: Never had to worry about a room or airfare going up in price as I waited for her to respond to me. She also had terrific restaurant recommendations and interesting offbeat activity suggestions in each of the locales we visited that I wouldn't have found on my own. We're already booking our December trip to Colombia with her!
