Shrinal is seriously THE BEST! At The Osaka Ritz-Carlton, she arranged access to its exclusive private lounge — for free! — that included free meals, free snacks, and free drinks almost around the clock. And the food was tremendous. Shrinal also arranged other benefits that we had idea existed. We travel a lot, and actually considered her job at this property to be the best experience we have ever had. Outstanding work by Shrinal!

Shrinal is an absolute professional and one of the best advisors I have worked with. She cares about her clients experience and asks questions to understand desires and wants. She doesn’t just play the easy route but goes above and beyond for clients. She travels often to experience the country herself so she knows the best places to go, hidden gems, and places to avoid. She experiences everything first hand to give her clients the best experience possible. I recommended her multiple times to friends and will continue to do so. She is a breath of fresh air when it comes to planning. Her meticulous and attention to detail allows no hiccups in planning. If there is a hiccup, she is all over it and ensures everything is taken care of. She helped make the honeymoon experience amazing!!

Booking with Shrinal has been nothing short of a pleasure! She is sweet, informative, very responsive, and incredibly well-versed at what she does. Not only did she provide great recommendations for where to stay while being respectful of our budget, but also set us up with great perks at our hotel, like free breakfasts for our entire group (which was divine) and a complimentary night! She also did intensive research to find unique excursions and activities (we had an unbelievably wonderful food tour for example) during my time in Istanbul - and assisted with the bookings. The icing on the cake is her easy-going, friendly disposition that removes the stress of planning such extensive trips.
