Really cuts down on all the time I would have spent researching accommodations myself. Also obsessed with the perks she gets for us!

At The Osaka Ritz-Carlton, she arranged access to its exclusive private lounge — for free! — that included free meals, free snacks, and free drinks almost around the clock. And the food was tremendous. Shrinal also arranged other benefits that we had idea existed. We travel a lot, and actually considered her job at this property to be the best experience we have ever had. Outstanding work by Shrinal!
