Never have received this level of service before! Renee was extremely attentive, detail-oriented and responsive. She provided the most amazing rundown of hotel and package options creating a unique Google Doc that highlighted pricing, amenities and upgrades, as well as synopses on why the different venues may meet our needs. We adjusted dates and price ranges several times and she always accommodated us quickly, providing ideas, recommendations and options that could work. She answered our many questions as quickly and in depth as possible. And ultimately the vacation went off without a hitch - no surprises or gaps of information; we had a great time and were well prepared with everything we needed! Can't wait to do it again.

Renee was hands down my saving grace in planning this trip! We started early and she was there for me every step of the way (including day of travel!). She listened to what I wanted and was looking for, learned to understand my vision and presented me with so many great options to research and drill down. She was so great about accommodating my budget, my travel desires and communication needs. Once we found "the one" she literally took the reins and did EVERYTHING. This was truly a love language for me, as I am not organized. She did all the booking, gathering of info, communication with all parties involved, and kept all my guests in the loop about everything. She was quick to respond, never pushed anything on me too hard, always listened to me and answered my questions, and did so in a fun and professional manner. She's my go to for travel ALWAYS and she knows her stuff. And some of the folks on my birthday trip are now using Renee to help plan future anniversary trips for them! Could not recommend more!

This was my first time working with a travel agent for a trip, and admittedly I wasn't too sure just how helpful one would be. Renee exceeded expectations and made planning this trip a breeze. She listened to all of my thoughts/suggestions/room requirements and delivered amazing hotel recommendations and great tour/activity recommendations as well. A consummate professional, both meticulous and detail oriented, yet somehow not overbearing and more than anything felt like a colleague navigating some high stakes decisions on how to spend a fair bit of money on a major vacation. I have never worked with a travel agent and have generally preferred to micro-manage my own travel planning, but Renee quickly taught me that there are skills and access that a travel agent can possess that make the process infinitely more enjoyable. She took away any stress I had when it came to navigating the myriad options associated with planning and booking a cruise. She is a true fiduciary and I felt as if she always had my family's interest in mind, and was always working on my behalf. Renee is an expert with the laser-focus you need to make sure your family will have an outstanding trip. I have never met anyone like her.
