Paddywax Candle Bar: Paddywax is a local Nashville candle company, but you've probably seen their brand in your favorite boutique, at home, in Anthropologie or online. They offer a DIY candle class, complete with everything you need and you walk away with your own candle! Depending on the location, you can BYOB or order drinks there, but you definitely don't have to.

Putt Shack: I first experienced Putt Shack in London (it's in an old Tube Station!) and it was so fun, I was thrilled to hear one was opening in Nashville! Putt Shack is like mini-golf with trivia baked in. It is super fun with a group or just with another friend. Since it's inside, it's a great rainy day activity.

House of Cards: Ok, you got me. This is technically a restaurant — but it is so much more than a restaurant. They have magicians on the floor for close-up magic while you wait for your drinks and appetizers (like a mentalist, sleight of hand artist and more), and everyone who comes for dinner gets a ticket to a magic show in their private theater. This is a truly fun and unique experience, and there is nothing kitschy about it. The decor is chic, the food and drinks are delicious and the magic is excellent.

Take A Dance Class (your choice of style!): Music City is also full of amazing dance professionals. Two of my favorites are Neon Cowgirl line dancing classes and Area54 hip-hop classes. Many of these choreographers have worked with top artists like Taylor Swift, Selina Gomez, Britney Spears and more. Even if you are a beginner, you will have so much fun at one of these classes! The best part about Area54 is you get a video of your performance at the end. What a great souvenir!

Trivia: There are so many great trivia spots in Nashville, it is impossible to name them all. You can find general trivia every night of the week, and often specialized trivia like FRIENDS, Taylor Swift, Harry Potter and more! I personally love trivia at M.L. Rose, our local sports bar with an incredible beer on-tap list, or Monday Night Brewing because the industrial location is just really cool.

Make Your Own Goo Goo Clusters: Make your own Goo Goo Cluster! It's one of America's oldest candies, made locally in Nashville, and the best part is that in the class you can customize it with all of your favorite flavors. This is especially good for an all ages group or an alcohol-free activity!

Bowling at Pinewood Social: This is a great activity for a small or large group. Bowling has never been so chic as it is at Pinewood. I love their food as well, so it's really the perfect evening, with a little friendly competition added in.

Get Out in Nature: Nashville has good weather most of the year, which means there is a big opportunity to get outside most days. There are some amazing local spots to hike, like Percy Warner and the various greenways around town, but there are dozens of waterfalls in the state and only a couple of hours away! I'd recommend booking a full day tour that takes you to some of the best, like Cumberland Falls & Fall Creek Falls.
