Michelle was so helpful and kind. The effort of her wanting to go above and beyond for her clients is more than apparent. There were a few spots of confusion between the cruise line and I, and she handled it immediately without me even having to ask. She will be my go to for all future trips and I send her name out frequently!

Michelle is a master at her craft! Not only is she a beautiful human, but her knowledge of what the perfect guest stay should be is spot on. She anticipated all our needs and almost knew what we would enjoy even before we did. Working with Michelle gave us a sense of peace so we could focus on our time together and simply enjoy the journey making special memories that’ll last. She’s a gem!
