Michael was incredibly responsive to our request and conducted thorough research on similar hotels. He even recommended a different property than the one we originally considered, knowing that the balconies were closed at the oceanfront hotel. The Royal Hawaiian was an excellent suggestion and undoubtedly the perfect choice. I also asked Michael to assist with my brother-in-law's reservation, which he handled swiftly, offering him several great options. My brother-in-law, who isn't much of a planner, truly appreciated the seamless and effortless service Michael provided.
