Micah was so beyond patient as we decided between a myriad of resort and location options for our spring break trip. She not only sent us so many choices, but was so supportive as we weighed the pros and cons of each place. She booked us with upgrades and resort credits galore, followed up with the hotel multiple times to solidify our perks and transportation, and intervened without hesitation when we experienced issues with the hotel. Seamless start to finish--between her upbeat, positive attitude and immeasurable knowledge and experience, we were in good hands even before we arrived. Loved working with her!
