I had an excellent experience working with my travel advisor, Jen for my recent girl’s weekend to Vail. Communication was always timely and clear, which made the entire planning process seamless. She took the time to understand my travel preferences and tailored the recommendations to suit my needs perfectly. The suggestions she provided were incredibly useful and added so much value to my trip. I was especially impressed by the personal touch—she even arranged for the hotel staff to bring a thoughtful thank-you card and treats to my room, which truly made me feel special. Her professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again or recommend her services to others!

We kept saying during the entire stay at the Fairmont.... "THANKS, JENN"! We were immediately upgraded upon check in to a hotel room of our DREAMS. Full set up for two teen boys with their own beds. A lounge to watch TV, table for room service, individual bathrooms and a separate, connecting room for the parents so we could all enjoy our own space. We made use of the breakfast credit each day and enjoyed the food and beverage credit at the bar. Without Jenn's help with the booking, none of these welcome upgrades would have been at our disposal. Jen was the best! She responded quickly, asked the right questions, scheduled everything, followed up, and ensured it all smoothly. She was able to get us wonderful additions - a spa credit, food / beverage credit, and made sure we had the room we wanted! I’ll be using Jen for all travel!

Jen’s communication was great. Anything that popped up she was very responsive on. I appreciated that she kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. She helped us create our dream honeymoon, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
