Jenna Bradford Garcia

Jenna did a lovely job setting up the reservation with me providing tips on ski lift access and how the ski ticketing system works in the village. She also provided the phone number for the hotel in advance so they could pick me up with my luggage at the train station.

Jenna, is exceptional in every way. She is very good at identifying great travel suggestions and works very quickly. She is always responsive and a step a head.

My husband and I decided on our trip somewhat last minute and Jenna saved the day. She found this property after we had done our own research and had concluded there was no availability in all of Niseko. She went above and beyond in every detail. We've never used a travel agent before and cannot begin to express how incredible this experience was, thanks to Jenna—especially when planning a trip to a different country with a big language barrier and time difference.

Jenna knocked it out of the park again, had a great adventure!
