Hannah was on top of everything, from train travel to hotels to restaurants. She anticipated a tight connection in Paris, and preemptively changed our tickets to give us ample time to switch train stations. In turned out we needed that extra time, by the way. The single glitch in transportation arrangements was in miscommunication with a private driver. I phoned Hannah from the Paris airport, and she corrected the problem within minutes. Two days later, I received an email from her explaining she had followed up and the transport company issued me a partial refund. That was much appreciated. Over all, Hannah was professional, responsive, informed, and friendly. She's a gem.
