We have used Falon multiple times she does a first class job in helping us plan our trip and no detail is left undone. Her day trip recommendations, restaurants and golf and spa treatments were all planned for us and every excursion went smoothly. Falon truly is an agent that goes above and beyond all others.

Falon was extremely thoughtful and thorough with the planning. She considered both of our unique requests/desires and did a great job of picking locations/activities that could accommodate us. For example, Waiheke island had a unique combination of incredible wine tasting, hiking trails, dining options and relaxing beaches. Entire itinerary was easy to access through her portal site. It had all of our confirmations and tickets, provided a one stop shop for all trip logistics from flights, to drivers and foreign entry requirements. Most importantly, she organized venues and locations that I would've never had the creativity to picky myself, which opened my eye to so many enriching experiences.

Easy, breezy, beautiful lol. Falon really did make this a simple process and helped us find exactly what we were looking for this trip.
