Claire was extremely helpful and prompt! She was so responsive and went above and beyond! She got us early check in and late check out, which allowed us to take more advantage of the Lodge's pool. She also had champagne, chocolates and beautiful dried flowers waiting for us in our room at check in to help us start our mini moon celebration. Highly recommend booking with Claire!
