Brittany did an amazing job planning our honeymoon! We knew we wanted to go somewhere all-inclusive and part of the Excellence collection but were overwhelmed with all of the options & online reviews. Brittany came back to us within 1 day and found the perfect, brand new resort for us (one we hadn't even heard of!) She made sure we got honeymoon upgrades, airport transfers, and facilitated a very smooth booking & check-in process. I don't think we had to do anything other than give her our dates & the 'vibe' of honeymoon destination we were looking for as she handled everything from there! We were so impressed by her promptness, professionalism, reminders, and knowledge of the property. It was a great experience and we will definitely book with her again!
