Audra is the best, she was so patient with me as I went back and forth on options, took a long time (even though I booked last minute). She advised I wait 24 hours to see if the rates dropped, and they did! She followed through with everything from booking, to pre-arrival, to post arrival. Thank you for everything Audra!
