Audra is an amazing travel planner. She has helped me plan two vacations, in which planning had to pause due to life "roadblocks". She was patient, compassionate and committed to finding me the very best destination and accommodations (even when my expectations were high.) She took the time to research our options and then research them again based on my changing time frame. She worked with the properties to ensure that all of our requests were met. She also helped me plan excursions that were suitable for my family's interests, age and my budget. And, offered wonderful tips for things to pack. I really couldn't ask for a better travel agent!! Audra White was amazing and loved my whole experience with her. She knew exactly what we were looking for and was so incredibly kind to offer us up the champagne upon our arrival the beverage and food credit which we didn’t understand how to use it, but it was super generous and so kind. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone except unfortunately our room was right above the smoke room and it smelled like cigarettes I am severely allergic to cigarettes and the smell of smoke. The hotel was accommodating and put a freshener in the room and even asked us if we wanted to move it just seem like a big hassle to move. I would definitely come back to Florence and will definitely stay at the hotel audra did outstanding job booking all of our excursions and hotel accommodations which we greatly appreciate if it wasn’t for Audra. We would’ve never been able to do this alone Audra White five stars.

Audra White was an off-the-charts trip advisor. At the last minute, she swooped in and saved the day for my family and me. She whipped up an itinerary that covered all our hotels, tours, and other must-haves. She's a total pro and a gem in the trip-advisor world. You can tell she's a seasoned traveler with top-notch recommendations. I'll definitely be using her again in the future - she's the best!
