Allison was knowledgeable and prompt; when we had specific questions we couldn't answer from the website she followed up with NCL directly and got answers for us. We've worked with her in the past and she has always gotten us great deals and additional perks, highly recommend her!

Allison was a true behind the scenes magician, setting up our stay and also unlocking the Hilton guest of luxury program for us. This gave us additional room credits which we used for in-room dining and drinks, covered some incidentals, and also provided breakfast for two at the hotels co-located restaurant. We were upgraded to a corner Suites which met our needs completely. Allison is very knowledgeable and thorough, and work to ensure everything is in place. I would highly recommend her!
