Alicia's communication skills are outstanding! We had prompt responses to questions, quick resolutions to problems, and she provided a thoroughly detailed itinerary. We will definitely choose Alicia to help us with our next trip. We were quite impressed!

Alicia did a wonderful job of finding us that we were looking for and making recommendations. This was my first trip to Mexico and she patiently addressed my concerns.
