Day 1: Arrive in Waikiki

I recommend starting your trip in Honolulu, as it has the most direct flights from the US mainland into this airport and it has the highest concentration of resorts in all of Hawai’i. Upon arrival in Oahu, settle into your luxurious accommodation and take a leisurely stroll along the famous Waikiki Beach. Indulge in a romantic dinner at one of the beachfront restaurants, savoring fresh seafood and tropical cocktails as you watch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean.

Day 2: Oahu - Pearl Harbor and Waikiki

Start your second day with a visit to the historic Pearl Harbor, paying tribute to the fallen at the USS Arizona Memorial. After your tour, stroll along Kalakaua Avenue to find some of the best shopping on the island. Don’t miss a stop into Honolulu Cookie Company for a treat! (Cookies make great souvenirs to bring home!) Then, head back to your hotel and enjoy some time by the pool before ending your evening with a sunset dinner cruise.

Day 3: Oahu - Adventure and Culture

A pool area during the daytime surrounded by palm trees

If you’re up for an adventurous day, start off with a hike to the summit of Diamond Head Crater, which offers panoramic views of Honolulu and the sparkling coastline. If you’d prefer a more leisurely morning outdoors, grab a tee time at one of the award winning golf courses in Honolulu. After lunch, checkout of your Waikiki resort and take off on a scenic drive along the North Shore, stopping at iconic spots like Sunset Beach before checking into Turtle Bay Resort. Conclude the day with a traditional Hawaiian luau at the Polynesian Cultural Center, complete with captivating performances and delicious island cuisine.

Day 4: Oahu - Beach Day

A beach during the daytime with small mountains in the distance

While staying on the North Shore you’ll have access to some of the best beaches the island has to offer. Visit Lanikai for soft sand and quiet relaxation. Drive up to Pupukea for some great snorkeling and to watch some of the best surfing in the world. While beach hopping, grab a bite at Ted’s Bakery near sunset beach for a garlic shrimp plate and a cream pie! Wrap up the beach day with a romantic beachfront dinner at your resort.

Day 5: Oahu to Kauai

A hotel building on the beach next to the water

Bid farewell to Oahu as you board a short flight to the enchanting garden island of Kauai. Upon arrival, check into your secluded resort set between tropical gardens. Spend the afternoon unwinding by the resort pool and enjoy some spa treatments while you soak in paradise!

Day 6: Kauai - Napali Coast

A rocky beach with trees behind it during the daytime

Kauai is picturesque and the ideal place for more adventure. Embark on a helicopter tour of the iconic Napali Coast to see the towering sea cliffs, hidden beaches, and cascading waterfalls. Afterward, explore the charming town of Hanalei, with its quaint shops and eateries offering fresh local cuisine. Make sure you grab a shave ice to cool down!

Day 7: Kauai - Waimea Canyon

A panoramic view of a green landscape during the daytime

Discover one of the natural wonders of Kauai with a scenic drive to Waimea Canyon, called the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific." You have the option to hike or simply drive around to take in the scenic vistas. In the afternoon, unwind on the secluded beaches of Poipu, known for their golden sands and turquoise waters.

Day 8: Departure

A panoramic view of a green landscape during the daytime with clouds above

Savor your final morning in paradise with a leisurely breakfast overlooking the water. Take one last stroll along the beach, reflecting on your unforgettable honeymoon before flying home.
