Alex Sallis

Alex was really communicative. She helped us plan everything out from the get go. She booked everything for us that she possibly could (some stuff required phone numbers which we booked). Our whole trip was put on "trip plans" app. We really really liked this app and if I could use this app to organize my whole life I think I would. Every day we just opened the app. Saw what was the plan and followed it. It was really nice to turn our brain off a bit and have had someone else figure out the logistics. In the app, Alex not only organized the activities we talked about but put them in order of what made sense geographically or logistically, which trains to take, added food recommendation places etc.

Alex took what we said we wanted and needed in hotel and made it happen! Thank you for finding a hotel that allowed us to be near the hustle and bustle of Tokyo

Alex was very pleasant and responsive to my requests. There was 1 hiccup primarily due to my misunderstanding of timing to purchase tix to an event. I would work with her again as she is delightful!
