Whitney was excellent!! She not only secured our original reservation, but was able to change it to another date and retained ALL of the extra perks she had arranged for us with the original date. We had a fruit basket, credit for a FULL breakfast and a very generous credit towards hotel services which we were able to use for our dinner. We were extremely impressed with her expertise.
