Stephanie Clussman

After only a couple times booking with Stephanie, she's figured out exactly what I'm looking for with my hotels. She's very prompt and normally has a few options right away!

Stephanie was phenomenal, after telling her our interests and where we were headed, she found us this amazing resort with some Fora perks! Communication was clear and she was very responsive. She even helped us pick out the lounge restaurant where we could use our complementary dining credit (which was very helpful as the main restaurant tends to get very busy). I would and do recommend booking with Stephanie as everything is super easy, and she takes care of her clients.

Stephanie went above and beyond for me! Not only did she first look up a bunch of hotels for me, but then she gave me all the room options for the hotel I picked. About a week before my stay, I decided to change the room type. She made it happen so easily and when I arrived, I didn't even need to check in with the front desk. Everything was on my phone. Stephanie did a wonderful job, and I'll certainly be going back to her in the future!

Everything about the booking experience with Stephanie was great. She was very responsive and helped me pick out some things to do in the area and plan an itinerary for the weekend. Everything she suggested was fun and catered to me personally. I had a great time on my Cincinnati trip. I would definitely recommend working with Stephanie and would book through her again.
