Yes! Absolutely. Shanon was a great help in getting our hotel booked along with some awesome perks, which helped us not have to worry about breakfast each day amongst other things. She also helped collect some ideas on what to do in Charleston. We ended up not booking any activities only because we wanted to go with the flow. Shanon was a great help all around.
