Sam has been an awesome travel advisor! We are seasoned travelers who needed some help during busy work seasons and Sam was able to help us curate a plan that matched our experience while giving us insight to the areas that has been super beneficial. Her communication was super clear and was flexible to what we needed as we learned more about the cities in Japan we were visiting. We also stayed on budget while still having elevated experiences with hotels and tours/attractions.

Sam used her expert knowledge of the area (and the city in general) to recommend the hotel, which ended up being a real highlight of the trip. Sam was extremely conscientious regarding both budget and also the type of experience that I wanted to have on my trip, and made bookings that allowed us to really optimize our time in the city. She was quick to respond to queries and very willing to share insights and recommendations - a delight to work with.
