Rita Carton once again made our experience incredibly smooth and hassle free. She handled all the planning and setup excellent accommodations. She was able to get us early check in and had complimentary sweets and beverages brought up to the room along with a personal note. It was such a warm and pleasant touch. Communications before during and after were perfect. Our entire trip was improved. What excellent service. We really appreciate it.

I cannot speak highly enough about the incredible - but unexpected - experience I had with Rita. From the moment we started planning my pilgrimage to Greece, she was attentive to every detail—arranging the perfect blend of tours, guides, drivers, and top-notch hotel and restaurant reservations. Every element was meticulously planned to ensure a seamless experience. However, the real magic happened when, unfortunately, I injured my back just two days into what was supposed to be a two-and-a-half-week journey. In a matter of hours, Rita completely shifted gears and handled my situation with the utmost efficiency and care. Within no time at all, she arranged for a doctor to come to my hotel and secured a masseuse to help alleviate some of the pain. When I didn’t improve and needed to cancel my trip, she rebooked my flight home, and swiftly canceled all the remaining hotels, restaurants, and tours without any stress on my end. She even arranged for me to have a wheelchair at each of the three airports. What could have been a travel disaster turned into a manageable situation, entirely because of her quick thinking, resourcefulness, and proactive support. Her professionalism and ability to navigate this unexpected challenge made a world of difference, and I truly believe her dedication saved my trip from becoming a nightmare.
