Mica was amazing and not only helped me and my sisters get an upgrade, but we stayed at the hotel to celebrate my birthday and she coordinated a birthday cake with the hotel staff, which was such a sweet surprise. She helped coordinate our car service too, which was seamless. Such an easy and great experience thanks to both Mica and Las Ventanas. 10/10 recommend booking with Mica!
