Lucas was a dream to book with! He had lots of experience with our destination and was able to provide helpful suggestions for eating and sightseeing, which enhanced our stay. He understood our preferences and got us the ideal suite. His communication was very timely and he was very thoughtful in his selection of amenities, as they suited our style of travel perfectly. Lucas did an amazing job of coordinating our stay with the hotel as well as arranging our preferred room. The entire process was seamless, and he also linked the stay with my Marriott account. We had a room with a great view and daily amenities at the Adagio! We will definitely book with Lucas again for future travels. He also arranged 2 great meals for us in San Francisco and recommended amazing cocktail bars which we loved!
