Lucas did an amazing job of coordinating our stay with the hotel as well as arranging our preferred room. The entire process was seamless, and he also linked the stay with my Marriott account. We had a room with a great view and daily amenities at the Adagio! We will definitely book with Lucas again for future travels. He also arranged 2 great meals for us in San Francisco and recommended amazing cocktail bars which we loved!

Thank the old gods and the new for Lucas. He handled every detail, finding creative solutions for our family of 5. He also sent timely reminders and left notes at every location and a box of chocolates at our last stop. Just so thoughtful and beyond helpful. We will never travel without involving Lucas again.
