I would describe our experience working with Lisa as a AA**. She was incredibly detailed oriented, well prepared, available and solutions focused. Her objective was to make this a trip of a lifetime and she really come through. Every aspect of the trip - the travel schedule, the logistics, meals, travelers must do’s/don’ts was impeccable.
