Lauren’s recommendation for The Esme was such a great fit for our family. We all loved what The Esmé had to offer in addition to its prime location in the Española Way neighborhood and the short walk (or ride on The Esmé’s complimentary bicycles) to the ocean. Working with Lauren has been fantastic. From our first meeting, we knew that we were being heard in terms of what we wanted out of our holiday and Lauren delivered. She helped us build the perfect itinerary for our trip and was attentive, responsive and dedicated to our needs throughout the booking process and throughout our trip. It was sweet to receive little notes of welcome from her at our hotels and she checked in with us periodically to make sure everything was going smoothly. Lauren worked well with the agency in Galapagos and helped to facilitate payments, bookings and itinerary updates. We are already working with her again to book our next holiday and would absolutely recommend her to family and friends!
