Lauren was amazing when booking our trip. She was prompt to reply and help us with our booking, she sent us follow-ups when she was waiting on the hotel to reply, and was thorough in making sure we had everything we needed for our trip. I cannot wait to plan my next trip and use Lauren to book everything! She is so professional and thoughtful about researching each getaway she plans and books for people and is sure to take each individuals preferences when doing so. 10/10, but I’ll settle for five stars!
