I had a really good experience with Kavita. We did have a few close calls as the hotels hadn’t noted the ages of the kids but apart from that it was great! I felt like she was with me throughout on my journey. Loved and appreciated the tips and suggestions! When travelling alone, I often I like to take risks and learn as I go but since it was a new country and I was with kids, I thought this was safer and it was! Maximised our positive experience with minimal risk.

Kavita was a great help in booking our London hotel. Providing us with lots of options at different price points. The Mayfair Hotel was a great pick and a real hidden gem. Communication was great, not only upfront but even after we checked in. Kavita called the hotel to ensure we had a early check in and connecting rooms and then followed up to make sure we got the above. What a great experience!
