Kasia was amazing once again! I was debating where to stay for the final leg of my trip, and she made a great list of shops near Old Montreal and Mile End to help me decide. It definitely influenced my choice to book Hôtel William Gray since it was close to all the spots I wanted to hit before heading to the airport. Booking with Kasia was super easy — she provided a few room options to choose from, which I really appreciated. No issues whatsoever! And, as always, there was a sweet gift and note waiting for me when I arrived — such a thoughtful touch. Kasia truly goes above and beyond every time!

Kasia was incredible to work with while arranging all of my hotels and activities in Montreal and Quebec. Booking with Monsieur Jean hotel was no exception! With each hotel, I was always welcomed with a sweet gift and note from her and it made me feel like a VIP! ha ha. Even when I threw a curveball her way, she handled it with ease! I had decided to do a spa further from Old Quebec and she offered to reach out the hotel and arrange everything! It was very thoughtful.

I was super indecisive about which hotel to book, and Kasia helped guide me in the right direction, ultimately steering me toward a place that made for a truly memorable stay in Montreal. She was very honest and upfront about the pricing of Auberge du Vieux Port, always reaching out to confirm everything before booking, which I really appreciated. Her transparency made me feel confident that I was getting exactly what I wanted. She didn’t just stop at the booking, either — she went above and beyond with recommendations for things to do and see around the city. Sometimes it felt like she was right there by my side, which made a huge difference in putting my mind at ease during the trip. When I arrived at Auberge du Vieux Port, there were macaroons and a sweet note welcoming me to Montreal. It was such a thoughtful touch and made me feel instantly at home. Kasia was incredibly attentive to my tight timeline — I only had about three weeks to plan and book everything. As a busy, working mom, I truly appreciated how she took care of everything for me, which made for a very relaxing and memorable trip. I can’t recommend Kasia enough if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about making your travel experience special. She’s the best!
