Karla organized a surprise for us upon arrival. The bed had an arrangement of rose petals in a heart with a lovely welcome note. She remembered that our trip was a wedding anniversary celebrating and kicked off our trip with this wonderful welcome. It was enhanced with delicious macarons and other special treats. It was such a pleasant surprise. We highly recommend Karla as a trip planner. She remembered every detail and ensured our trip was all we dreamed.

Karla was amazing helping us choose the resort where we would stay. There are a lot of choices and it was overwhelming! She narrowed it down to three based on what we wanted to do/see and we picked from that selection. Her selections were very thorough with highlights of differences in the choices. We didn't plan any excursions but she sent attachments with activities to choose should we have decided to do more than relax at the resort. She was more than willing to help us book whatever we needed and find out any information needed. Although we booked the flights on our own using our points, Karla helped us navigate travel from the airport to the resort and back. We had a private driver in a very comfortable vehicle. This is our first experience with a travel concierge and it certainly won’t be our last! She was unbelievably helpful in narrowing down the wide variety of choices. Her service was friendly, happy to help and very thorough planning. She responded quickly to questions we had or with information we requested. We can’t wait to plan our next trip with Karla!
