She was able to arrange for an early check in, coordinated with the hotel to have a special birthday surprise for my daughter upon arrival and helped us secure the best rate while doing all of that! In addition she helped us plan the perfect itinerary that satisfied everyone (not an easy task)! Joanna was always responsive to my questions and her knowledge of the area was extremely helpful when we were making decisions. After this experience I will never plan another trip on my own!
