Joanna has booked me more than 20 hotels for me this year, for both personal/family and for work. She is super easy to communicate with, and always makes herself available for changes, questions, etc. I feel like she really knows my personal travel style and makes the best suggestions about hotels that I will love, as well as local things to do and where to find great restaurants. I just text her when and where I would like to go, and she has all my information on file to handle the rest, which makes it so easy and saves a lot of time. The free breakfast and upgrades are awesome as well - we've been greeted with champagne, nice notes, etc and it does seem like the hotels try a lot harder than when I booked on my own!
