I can’t say enough good things about Jayme. We had a large group and she was contacted by several travelers throughout the reservation process and during our stay. She was always available and communicated thoroughly, timely and clear. Her recommendation for the Group Reception and the catamaran excursion were terrific ideas – really the only 2 times our whole group was together. She is amazing!
