Janelle did a great job planning our trip and we had a great time in Chicago. Janelle created an itinerary for us and booked all of our activities. The itinerary was full of links so all we had to do was open it and everything was there. There were links to a map, our tickets, local restaurants, directions, our flight information, etc. I was very impressed and so was my fiancé.

Janelle was phenomenal and such a pleasure to work with! Janelle took the small bit of information we provided and was able to suggest multiple options that fit perfectly into the criteria we were looking. In addition to finding a great place to stay, Janelle was very informative on things to do in the area and helpful suggestions on how to best navigate the area; she clearly was very well prepared to serve us. Janelle takes the time to understand her clients needs and puts in the time and effort to personalize a vacation plan for her clients. We appreciate Janelle and will definitely book with her again in the future.

Janelle was great. She communicated with the hotel on our behalf for everything including letting them know we were arriving late ensuring we would get a late check in. We were coming for a music festival but it got canceled while we were still on our flight. Janelle was the first to let us know about the cancellation and offered alternative activities for us to consider. She sent trending restaurants, reviews and reservation details. We had such a great time we had to extend our check out twice and Janelle handled that for us as well. She pays attention to every detail especially those I overlooked. I will be using her for all my travel bookings in the future.

Janelle was AMAZING! She listened to everything we wanted and helped us find incredible options at even better prices. She handled every single detail from our hotel to the excursions and even the rides to and from the airport! She truly allowed us to enjoy our vacation fully and gave us a boutique experience.
